I404 - 4 Channel Charge Integrating Digital Electrometer
Description
The I404 is intended for the measurement of small charges or corresponding currents (from pA to µA) generated by devices such as ionization chambers, in-vacuum beam position monitors, proportional chambers, and photodiodes. Four input channels make the I404 particularly well-suited to four-quadrant electrode systems used for beam centering. The I404 includes an integrated high-voltage supply, suitable for biassing detectors.
See the I400 for an electrometer offering high voltage biased inputs, suitable for thimble ionization chambers.
See the IC101 for an electrometer with a single channel.
