Probably the best prototyping board in the world
Lexington, MA (April 16, 2009) - We could never find a prototyping board that provided features and quality that we needed. So we designed our own, and made it using high-quality two-sided board with plated-through holes and full-coverage resist.. We think it is the best mixed-signal protoyping board around, and now it is available to our customers.
Modern circuits often require a mixture of surface mount parts in various packages and different pitches, and through-hole parts. In addition to the normal grid of through holes, we have provided pads at 1.27, 0.8, 0.65 and 0.5 mm pitch for SOIC, TSOP,
SSOP and
TSSOP
packages.
There are areas for QFP44 through QFP80, transistors and LEDs.
There are locations for multiple D-sub connectors, BNC connectors,
Lemo connectors, header connectors and switches.
To get your design automated in the minimum time, there is a complete implementation of a Microchip PIC18LF8722
microcontroller circuit, including power supplies, crystal clocking, programming port, LCD display, four 16-bit DACs and
a 16-bit ADC.
The board is available as a bare PCB, or assembled to include the microcontroller, display and base C program core which gives access to the display, ADC and DAC.
