Magnetic Field Measurement
Pyramid products find application in fast-scanning electromagnet systems, for controlling the power amplifiers that drive the coils, and monitoring the resulting beam deflection. The H10 combined Hall probe / Bdot loop sensor is optimized for this application also. Direct measurement of the field generated by the magnet and its rate of change gives vital confirmation that the magnet and power amplifier system is responding as intended.
